I've been thinking about getting into a bit of email marketing to try and spread my wings a little. I haven't done a whole lot of research on it, just got some advice from a friend and she mentioned Aweber.com. I just thought I'd ask here if anyone had any other recommendations for a decent Email Marketing Program/software? Either paid monthly like Aweber.com, or possibly a software than can be downloaded (if there are any for this purpose). Looking for really any software that could fit the Email Marketing theme, whether it is automated like Aweber or not.
aweber is the way to go.. its about $20/mth and the features/functions are all ways updated. have personally used their service for 3+ years now and can't complain.. if you are looking to do list building/marketing, best go with a reputable company. you can make your monthly cost back in a day if you market correctly to your clients.
You're probably best not to go for downloadable programs or software, as there's all sorts of different problems with them and most are rubbish. Aweber is a great service and really is value for money, and I've also used constant contact, but found aweber to be more user friendly and easier to use.
