    I not sure how to go about this, but I need some assistance. I have a plot map that I need to turn into a clickable Map. I need to be able to click a plot and have it highlighted at a minimum, best case scenario would a way to just type in a lot and block and it highlights automatically.

    Is there a software or a program that would allow me to do the work on created it, but also give me a tutorial on how to do it?

    I work for a non-profit organization and we do not have much to spend on outside help. Attached is a portion of the map we use.
