See Google is a verb and is now listed in the dictionary, but the SE company's name recall for it is so well-known that you might have tough time proving you have no intent to even get a slight free ride on it. You can use it for anything but "a name" it is patented as a name exclusive to the owner of the patent.
I agree that the word Google is now in dictionary but I suggest you dont use it. Try to be on safe side. What is in future, you face any problems? All your work in promoting your site will be lost.
you might be having a hard time ranking that domain if you happen to include google on your targeted keyword...obviously, you have a lot of tough competitors...
yes trademark is the reason why you should not use it in your url. they can sue you that you use the reputation of thier name for your own sake. this will be acceptable that you have similar name but doing totally different industry/service.
