Ive been offered some domain names with google PR.

I think something is really odd with this as the domains where only created a few
days ago yet they have PR3 and PR4.

    Here is an example.

    architetti-ingegneri.info PR3

    sexyparadise.info PR 4

    Anybody know whats going on?

    Thanks
    Matthew

    Thanks ResaleBroker

I emailed him and asked, he said the domains expired a few days ago and he registered them.

I was offered them for $15 each do you think if I buy them and put up a site they will lose the pagerank?

It HAS to lose its page rank. No cache, no backlinks - although a quick check returned a positive on the PR4 page rank.

but next time G comes around and see ZERO content and ZERO IBL's you're likely to see PR0 or 'graybar'

Also the content you put up will probably not match the original content very closely, and G is likely to 'sandbox' your site until it can figure out the sudden 'changes'

but as with most of this stuff - thats just a guess

No BLs? Don't buy it for the apparent PR.

A different case would be if it had PR0 and BLs, but that's not the case.

$ 15 is pretty cheap though if you need them for other reasons.

Maybe if you keep the keywords that already are in the domain name you could at least soften the transition to a new page with new content.

I think who is data is playing a major role these days.....

$15.00 isn't alot of money, but don't buy them if PR is the absolute only thing your looking at....
