Hello all Indians, I here post this thread for one of my friend,He is living in Chennai He is working as a Freelancer, Now He want to work with another 4 people, So he want to start a small company, So What are the things should be must before starting a company in Chennai, I think the following are must, 1.Separate Electricity 2.Separate Internet connection 3. Company Registrations and any think else required if he start the small business in their home? also where to Register the company in Chennai, Is here anybody running a small company in India?
