    Hey guys

As most of you are aware that till now i have been working as a Senior Technical Support Officer for BT Broadband(UK) .... But now i am getting a very lucrative Job offer from NTL(UK) Broadband.....

But i am in a fix because while working with BT i have realized that the number of people calling in with complains are immense and sometimes during an 9 hour shift we don't even get time for meal break.
If we have to go to the loo we have to make avail of a 5 minutes loo break that too is sometimes difficult to manage...
In short the customer satisfaction with BT is very low ... or so i think....
Now BT is not willing to let me go as i have worked with them for 2 years now and am a senior Officer(I often train and help new agents with the troubleshooting) so they think that i have a lot of experience and can handle double the no of calls that a new agent is taking in the same time..
In fact i often have BT customers mailing me / PM me their problems from some forums that i am with for more quick and efficient solutions.

But i have very often come across customers who were using NTL before and were happy but with BT are unhappy. So they request the BT connection to be canceled..

Now what i want to know is a slight comparison between the market face impression of BT and NTL specially from friends in UK..
Because i would like to offer my services and experience to a better company with better market impression ... and also the offer made by NTL in aspect of salary and incentives is much more lucrative than BT....so can i please get some guidance here...

    Thanks in advance.

Moer important than anything else is the job-satisfaction and the work-environment. If the increase in your salary effected due to the job change would be less than 20%, try reconsidering. I have , myself, experienced problems caused due to a not-so-good work-environment. Think twice before you make any final decision. All the best!!!
