Hi Guys I am new to this arcade business. I set up my own script that allows the user to browse through games (I only have 4 atm) and click to play them. Its all coded by me in a nice interface in my directory. Yesterday I had 1 click which made 14 cents with adsense. The CTR was 11% I have had other days with high CTR. I have added a helicopter game which now cached is sending 6 visits a day with google. Even though it ranks outside of the top 100. Other than SEO, what other ways do you recommend promoting an arcade games site? I am looking for low cost ways other, I'm aware of Adwords and other PPC. Mike
You should try to buy Stumble Upon packages. You know, like 60, 120 stumbles, for an arcade site (=tons of free games), I'm sure it can bring at least 2000-3000 unique visitors. Ps: I used cybiao's stumble service, he's a great guy, delivers what he promises (in this case, 60 or 120 stumbles )
You should try arcade banner exhcanges programs, its a good way to get traffic to a new website, because many of them offer a signup bonus. I used them on all my arcade sites. You can allways contact me if you need any help with your arcade site.
YOu can jump on my banner exchange specificly for arcade sites. It wont bring 1,000s of hits to your site, but it will bring some www.getsumhits.com . It does work in bringing some traffic to your site, as I use traffic/banner exchanges for my site. 100x100 banners fit almost anyhwere in your site
