This is my first site. I finally broke down and bought a premium theme. Interested in any and all feedback.

Not bad... might be worth adding more menu options across the top to help users find important areas fast. Have a look at how this website is constructed and use that to influence your design. The top red bit looks a bit empty, so it might b worth adding something in that space on the right... maybe an adsense panel? hope that helps

 

For your first website this quite good. Forwardslash is right, you should add a widgetized header in order to be able to monetize your forum with a banner.

This is good, I think you need to implement popup feature when mouse over the post link . Otherwise user has to click link always to see the content of the post

Looks great! Which forum software did you use? It looks very clean and well laid out.

 

The site looks impresssive - not had any experience of setting up forums but if thats your first attempt you have done well

COOL theme, color combination is pretty good, but kindly make a good logo, not just based upon a text, but a realistic logo, over all theme is pretty nice
