Got a couple of viral pages with autoplay video content targeting Mexico/Colombia. Traffic is good, but the monetization’s weak. Any recommendations for networks that are optimized for this kind of traffic? Open to smaller platforms, especially if they offer referral earnings.

if u are looking for something that actually works check out playmatic video. they're actively bringing in publishers from LATAM and India right now. plus they’ve got a sweet referral deal- $50 for each publisher u bring in, plus 3% of their earnings

For viral video pages in LATAM, pop and in-page push ads work best from my experience.
AdMaven has good traffic there and their payouts are reliable, which helps keep things smooth.

You might want to check out MGID — their native ads perform pretty well in LatAm, especially with video autoplay setups. Plus, they’ve got a referral program if that’s something you're into. What’s nice is you can customize the widgets to match your page style, not just slap a banner on top. Still, worth A/B testing — with your kind of traffic, even a few seconds of load time can impact RPM

I’ve used MGID on one of my English-language sites — overall, it was a positive experience. Setup was pretty straightforward, support was responsive, and for Latin American traffic, the RPM was actually better than I expected. I wouldn’t say it’s a perfect solution for everyone, but as an alternative to the more well-known networks, it’s totally fine. Especially if you configure the ad formats smartly and avoid overloading the page
