Change the title to keyword that you wish to optimize for instead of "welcome to the frontpage". The header is too wordy, put something short and yet meaningful.

I am working to create new backlinks. It is a very slow process. Can anyone recommend so good methods to create backlinks? I am slowly adding new content to some article directories.

it loads super slow and wiill have a bounce rate approaching 100% based on the fact that its very poorly setup. One thing i recommend is to removed the loading of the default .js files from you're site with a hack in the header. This will save you 70+kb of .js that loads in the head before everything else loads.

As already pointed out the site loads way too slow. That will hurt you if you ever try PPC, as well as with the BOTS, and maybe most importantly, you will lose potential traffic.

In your niche, you need a professional looking site. The looks are more important than the content. I did not look at anything but the homepage cause I didn't want to waste my time waiting for the site to load.:)) But, I will offer this:

    1. Get rid of all advertisements on your homepage. Never ever put them on your homepage. Believe it or not, this will even help you with Adsense on the rest of your site.
    2. The advice you are giving on your homepage would be an insult to someone in the legal profession. I don't know who your target audience is, but if it is someone who is in the law field, they will click off of your site real quick.
    3. Get rid of News Feeds, Advertise with us, and Weblinks in your Main Menu. Nobody except other webmasters gives a hoot about that crap. But, again, I don't know who your target audience is.
    4. Under Rescources, get rid of Administrator. In fact, if that is all u have, get rid of Resources entirely.
    5. get rid of Key concepts.

You need to first decide who your target audience is BEFORE you put up a site. Then build your site targeted to that audience. Not what u think a website should have..Make sense??

    Good luck!!

I'm not as technical as some of the others but my first opinion after looking at your homepage is that its too bland. You need something a little more eyecatching maybe a unique logo or something but make sure your site doesn't load even slower with those. Also the "Welcome to the Frontpage" and the advertisements bugged me and that alone would make me not want to stay long. Make the home page less cluttered and that will help to make it more appealing. Those are my thoughts.....

    Good Luck!
