This won't happen; ever. You'd be paying +$1k for a PR10 link from Google. People are seriously that stupid. I could have a backlink halfway through Google News' Terms of Conditions, and I'd be lucky to get 10 hits a day from that link. Google won't ever give out 'free' links from its own site, especially for $9.
