CJ pays for sales of affiliate products, try Adbrite if you want to sell banner impressions. For CJ choose products that fit the theme of your forum so your users will be interested in buying them.
+1 I dont really know of an cj product that play for banner impression but if you do promote product similar to the forums niche you should do good.
