I understand google only allow on the homepage. Does anyone know if other services like adsense which allow on proxified pages? Does adbrite?

Adversal pays well, if you can get in. Also Canep is a good one. I have found that a popunder and a Leaderboard CPM banner at the top of the proxified page works best. Canep has good rates for US traffic with CPM banners. Definitely use more then one though, apply to several and just try them out.

It takes 3 days for the ads to appear...it should say analysing, and buy an ad here on the first 2 days.

If u are talking about letmethink's proxified page, then there is no adbrite code on proxified pages, please make sure u have placed the code properly.

It wasn't me that put it there, it was my partner, he knows a lot more about it than me ;) I'll ask him when he gets back.

You've hit the point Matt, "if you can get in".
I'm still waiting for the month to pass by and re-apply for Adversal. Seems they now have too too many proxy applications:p

One of my clients sent an email asking them, why arent they accepting him. They replied, its not only him, they are not taking new publishers bcz they dont have room for now.

Who knows when they open up again.

what eCPM are you getting with the banners? i'm getting .03 cents.. i don't know why, but I can't seem to make money with Canep. it's annoying because i'm approaching 2,000+ uniques a day and I know I could be monetizing it.

Open a ticket in the helpdesk (http://support.canepmedia.com )and ask that someone take a look at your site and optimize it for optimal performance. I think we can improve your CPM rates a bit.
