After logging in to the Coop under "My Pool Of Advertisements" Are these the ads which will show up on other sites? How do I create an anchor text only ad like I see on most sites. No description or banner border.
I know sites choose what ads they want displayed on their site. I did pick a text ad but it still shows up as a banner. There is a border around the anchor text and then a longer description under the anchor text. Is this right?
Check what you did in the setup instructions. Ad type: Text Banner or Graphic Banner Text banner Text Link You want the last option.
I'm talking about in the "Create New Ad" box on the main page. The only options I see to select from "Ad Type" or "Banner" and "Text" I selected text but it shows a Text Banner in the "My Pool Of Advertisements" box.
Ah, now you're making sense. It will, as I say individual sites choose if they display a text banner or text link though. If a site chooses a text banner they will get what you see on your control panel. If they choose a text link they will get only the link with no description or box.
