    website that contains AdSense permitted to advertising his website in newspaper in order to get more traffic to the web site and to the AdSense advertisement???

    As far as I know this is permitted, however it will
    raise suspicion if your site only has direct
    type-in traffic.

    It would be wise to inform Google of your plans...
