It should be no secret it at all, and only common sense, but the more quality REAL traffic you get, your adsense should do much better.

In January, I booked some ads (160 towers) on a popular daily webcomic site, it was kinda pricey for the day and I was a little leary of doing it, but I had heard good things about the traffic flow. It was a gamble, but yesterday my ad finally ran and I've had the best two Adsense days ever-- (I'm not sure it's safe to say the number) but it was amazing.

Not only that, but since I myself run a daily a webcomic, http://yirmumah.net/archives.php , I've probably gained MORE regular readers from placing the ads as well.

In summary - letting the right kind of people know your site exists = More Adsense Income for you, and possibly more readers.

Could any one give me suggestions on where to advertise my site
    www.submitcontent.com

    Any thoughts welcomed

I have many sites and adsense just is not cutting it -

If someone is very good at this kind of stuff I own 1500 sites that need to be monetized better - I will give a percentage of profits from the 1500 sites to the person who can make it happen

Taking a quick look at your site, I saw no Adsense ads, so that could very well be your problem-- they're not where anyone can see them. Try out a header ad, or put one of those squares inside your articles or above the fold. Yours seem to be down at the very bottom left, one of the worst placements you can do. 90% of your traffic are going to use the the billions of options you have above the fold for leaving your site.

I think that a Leaderboard (728 x 90) would work under your banner. If you have a lot of traffic you would kick azz :D

Whats your traffic like interms of daily page views and uniques? You van gauge a rough idea how much you ought to be earning from adsense. Of course, there are variables that will effect earnings from site to site, but you still have a fair idea.

The 468 above the article listings is good. I would underline the rest of your article header links to make the Adsense banner blend in even more. And unless you make enough money off it to justify keeping it, I would get rid of the Amazon ad block. Amazon ads have become too generic nowadays that I believe it lessons the value of your site by having it.

The best solution for somebody with 1500 sites is to delete 1499 sites and make the other one good.

    yirmumah,
    your comics are kinda neat.
its definitely not dull, in terms of color and i think this is good going for you, since everyone appreciates comics.
