Advertising without a website

I signed up for a CJ account and was wondering does anyone know how to advertise without a website.

For example I was able to post several ads on Craigslist.org as a test using HTML linking code without any issues but would like to find other sites to market on besides just my own.

I find it hard to get any business with CJ products that I do not have a web site developed for. You can use adwords and spend a bunch of money.

There are some people making a few dollars with links from MySpace, but all in all, these types of techniques are usually untenable.

    Good luck

A nice one is Qoof.com were you can make a commercial and then add your link to it.

You can try paid search for affiliates that allow it, but unless you've found an unexploited niche it's easy to get bid out of the game by the marketplace.

Seriously you shouldnt just post your actual ebay link on craigslist. I did it without reviewing the terms and conditions of cj and I recieved this notice>>>
By way of this letter, Commission Junction provides you notice that you have
violated the Commission Junction Publisher Service Agreement
(http://www.cj.com/pub_agreement.jsp) by placing affiliate links in
violation of a website's Terms of Service.

Section 1 (d)(ii) of the Publisher Service Agreement States:
    (d) Prohibited Uses of Links.

    (i) Locations. You may not place Links to an Advertiser's Web site or
Web site content in third party newsgroups, message boards, blogs,
unsolicited email and other types of spam, link farms, counters, chatrooms,
or guestbooks. Publishers using IRC channels, instant messages or similar
Internet resources must designate their program as special requiring manual
review and acceptance by the Advertiser.

To avoid termination of your Publisher Service Agreement and prevent
deactivation of your account, you are required to comply with the following
    actions:

Remove your links from MySpace and Craigslist pages to which you have
posted, and do not include affiliate links in future posts to these sites,
doing so is a direct violation of both companies' Terms of Service, and thus
puts you in breech of the PSA.

Check the website/blogsite's Terms of Service before posting links.

respond may result in Commission Junction exercising its right to terminate
the Commission Junction Publisher Service Agreement upon 15 days of this
    written notice.

If you have any further questions regarding this or other issues, please
    respond to this e-mail.

    Sincerely,
    Network Quality
