Hi All, I am very new to the forums and would just like to introduce myself. I recently started to browse these forums to learn more about online marketing, webdesign and getting ideas here and there. After being an avid reader for so long, i thought i should register and to to get some help from those of you in the know how! I'm currently building a new Advertising Website, what is different to a lot of similar sites out there is the layout and the limited number of adverts i will allow on the site. I currently am in the process of building the layout of my website and it should be near completion within the next couple of weeks if all goes to plan, i'm really excited about getting it online. The IDEA: Ok so you want to hear what my website is about? Basically my idea is simple, a docking point for prospective customers to place there ad onto, different sizes are available as are different designs (yes that's correct). I offer you to place your advert inside of Post-IT notes, Polaroid Film, 6x4 photo frames, notepad paper, on a pen or pencil, envelopes, little badge, business card....basically anything you can pin to a noticeboard. I don't want to give out too much of the site right now but to give you an idea of what i envision. My content layout is near completion and all looks very straight and clean. I've no doubt it has an appealing look to it and very original also. From reading on the forums, i understand that good things take time, and to get the site running i would like to initially offer everyone here the opportunity to let me advertise your site for you for free of charge. I will leave your site linked on my website for 2 months no questions asked, no joining fee or credit card details will be taken. Just an image of your website (or logo) and a link to promote! If interested please let me know and we can discuss how to promote your website accordingly - I will also provide you with a near complete layout of my content to give you an idea of how it all looks!. I will even take the time to discuss with you how you would like your advert designed and pinned to my site in an original manner. Not much to lose really, a free backlink to your site.
