    Advertising is a form of communicating accustomed to promote or persuade an audience to continue or take a few new activity. Most normally, the wanted result is to campaign consumer behavior with respect to a commercialised offering, although political and ideological advertisement is as well common.
    Advertising research is a particularised form of marketing research conducted to better the efficiency of advertising.
