2 grand for a pr6 subdomain? I think you should read these forums carefully, then change your price. (not bashing, just a suggestion, so you could sell it). Also, mention what type of advertising is it, text link or banner.

This is not only link selling. heck, I sell sitewide links for only 400$ per month. this is direct advertiser solution. His banner/link in this case recieives hundreds of clicks and thousands of daily impressions (100,000 impressions per day, and CTR depends i it's banner or link).
I don't understand why this would be too expensive? Gaming site that advertised here few months ago received more than 3,000$ revenue benefit from my linking. The price was then 500$ due to smaller traffic. Here are the scrrenshots:
