that flash banner seems to be pretty big it can be made small
logo favicon and entire theme seems fine otherwise.

yes, i agree with forumrating, the banner is rather too large, can be made smaller. Other things seems to be fine, though i didn't tested the functionality. If the site is live, you might want to change about section of the blog.

yeah i really agree with all the above comments~
they really should be more smaller i mean when i went in the first thing that comes to mind is CRAM~ graphics,

ask someone to fix it or edit it abit~
