    Are there any advertising network affiliate programs?

    I want to start my own advertising network over internet where both, advertisers & publishers will be able to signup. (Just like google adsense/adwords)

    Is there any advertising network that offers such partnership?

    Good question. I don't know of any but I'd be really interested if someone does!

    Wait, are you asking about publishers of creative content, like podcasts or blogs? If so, check out mevio.com for a model.
