    Thanks TheNetCode.

Most orders have come from links on forums, havent had much search engine traffic and had some requiring buyers but thats about it.
Is there any other ways to help boost the sales that you know of?

It is going to be a numbers game honestly, but make sure that you are not cluttering up your landing page. Make sure that you keep them focused on the task at hand which is buying your product. Give them all the information they will need to make an informed decision without being overwhelmed. Also keep your links on the landing/buying page down to a minimum so that they will not be tempted to leave this page. Most orders are lost on this page and so it is important that they be able to make their decision to buy as easily as possible with as few distractions as can be made. Use descriptive action words as well such as free and affordable. Keep that desire in them to buy your product and you will do great.

    Good luck

One idea would be to contact sites similar to the sites you are already working on, then you can do similar posts on each.

Be careful not to upset your existing clients though!

DP uses vBulletin. Click through the Jelsoft link below and see how they could promote your service.

After all, they are in the business of selling forum software licenses and people are not going to want to buy extra licences or renew their time-limited ones with them if their forums don't take off. You service could help their business and vice versa. They could even "bundle" your two services together.

Repeat with other forum software makers. Even people like http://www.phpbb.com/ would probably allow you to buy advertising on their top page to promote your service to new forum owners. (They may be into open source, but someone has to pay for their bandwidth!)

Another quick thought: Your own site forum does not look like it is a real hive of activity! If I was considering your product, that would not give me a good impression. I would pay some of your guys and gals to post there :)

The site forum is only there for support reasons and for me to post jobs in apart from that it has no reall inportance.
Since opening this site i think i have seen around 3-4 other sites pop up offering the same service to people, so now i have to work harder to keep people buying from me so im looking for more advice on how to get thoughs people to buy my packages instead of the others, lowering the prices isnt an option.

    Thanks

Okay i will hopefully be adding live support to my site very soon given viewers the option to talk to a support staff and ask questions before buying immediately.
Havent seen this on anyother paidposts service so hopefully it will help to increase business.
Also after replying about this im expecting to see the other sites with it within a week.

It's been a month or so - I'm curious, how is your traffic & sales at this point?

If you still need them, here are some basic marketing strategies:

    - Write articles of interest to your target market, including a compelling signature with your URL at the end. Submit these to every article bank, and every website & ezine owner that accepts submissions.

    - Optimize your web pages for search engine traffic

    - Network in forums all over the 'net, with a compelling signature & URL set up in your Profile (to show beneath every post)

    - Set up a Referral or Affiliate program and let others do the marketing for you!

    Morgan,
Do you have examples of paid posts that you have done? I would like to see quality of work before committing to such a service. Your service sounds very interesting though.
