    I've setup my forums about 3-4 weeks ago and they already have 10,000 posts.

    They're doing very well, but does anyone have any other tips on how I can make it grow more?

    Nice work! You've managed to get a pretty active community in an amazingly short space of time. I'd maybe start breaking up some of the sections (maybe put in an MMO section, or one for particular franchises your community likes) - just make it easier to find stuff.
