Try and get traffic in from search engines. You can do this by increasing your rank in them for targeted terms through the use of a good SEO plan.

Upload an anime video, and put your site URL on the video and on the video description area and wait for traffic to come in.

site does look good, although on my screen it has a horizontal sidebar because of the Adbrite skyscrapers... little annoying but nothing major...

But anyway, your not wanting feedback on your design you want help with advertising!

what id do personally is use a keyword research tool to find some relevant search terms and phrases which get a decent number of searches but have low competition [below 2,000,000 searches in google] and look to optimize for those with SEO, theres guys on this forum who could do that for you for like $200 a keyword if you dont think you can do it yourself...

Theres many methods though PPC is another but i dont see how you'd make your money back if you did that because i dont see how your sites been monetized other than the Adbrite skyscrapers...

Wish you luck with it :)
