Advertising in Videos?

    Could anyone recommend a good Advertising Site that places ads in videos? I saw Adbrite will do this in the future and think I saw some ads by "Advitizer?" on Metacafe videos but not sure.

    How does the advertising work, do companies pay you per view or per click?

    I don't think adwords (or did you mean Adsense?), places Adverts in Videos.
