I ran an adwords campaign and recetly changed my advertising locations from USA and Canada to All countries and territories. At first I thought it was a good idea because my page impressions increased dramaticly and a huge increase in hits.

My average CPC also decreased but I checked at the end of the day and made not one sale. Just a warning to all. This doesn't appear to work very well

When you add countries and territories to your campaigns, all your ads are sent automatically to revision queue again. For specific countries rules verifications (e.g. China)

Your ads will run normally on Search Network all around the world but they will not run on Content Network until they get revised and approved (including US and CA).

Wait about 2 ~ 5 business days and your impressions may increase after revision.

I got tons of impressions and clicks. Normaly I would average about $35 per 100 clicks for this affiliate. I got 202 in one day and didn't sell anything but the avg. CPC did decrease.

I try not to use the content network because I always seem to get a ton of clicks with no purchases. I am still fairly new with adwords. Appreciate the help.

I only do US traffic because the ad campaigns usually pay twice as much for American traffic, since most of the products are American.

Rather than moving to all countries at once,
try one-by-one. For an example add UK to list
and see the result. First deal with countries
which are net-savvy. People may click on ads
just because of the attraction but may not
trust online purchase or don't have a credit
    card to purchase.
