Advertising Idea from a non-marketing guy (machinist by trade)

I will write this idea as a operating business. A truck driver enters a truck stop and goes to a kiosk. The kiosk knows its location. The driver enters his destination and is given a list of perhap a dozen, adhesive, 2'x3' advertisements. I.e. he is in Birmingham, Alabama going to Atlanta, Georgia. Businesses in Atlanta pay a fee to have their ad on the kiosk. The driver selects, say, 'Joes Electronics one day sale!!'. Once selected the ad is delivered, vending machine style, along with a coupon for a free meal at the truckstop. He eats, then before leaving, he puts the ad on the back door of his truck and all the eyes between Birmingham and Atlanta on I-20 east see the ad for 'Joes'. When he gets to Atlanta he pulls it off and throw it away. Just and idea. I'm a machinist not an MBA or ad man. And I've heard the argument that the driver could throw it away, but I've spoken to two drivers. They are pros and for an inducement that will reduce their expenses, both said they would be glad to have the chance. Anyway, this is just an idea and the real process might be much different.
