Hi, I do websites for local businesses. A client from my latest website is interested in paying for advertising / SEO. He has paid high dollar amounts in the past for web advertising / SEO in the past from some lesser... insignificant local web company. Judging by the websites they create they probably aren't very good at bringing traffic to websites. I am familiar with google ads, bing/yahoo ads, infolinks, and facebook ads. I also am decent at bringing traffic to websites, directory submissions, well placed backlinks, sitemaps, and creating good content from past experiences of running community websites. I'm by no means the best, or anywhere near as skilled as many of you here on this site, but I know a thing or two. I'm not sure how much to charge for this sort of thing. I was thinking of proposing some across the board ads, spending roughly $100 a month strictly on PPC ads to give the website a jumpstart. But how should I factor in how much I get paid? Since you do have to go into it every week and modify ads and keywords as well as send the reports to the customers. Also how do you factor in the SEO part, updating content weekly, links, sitemaps, etc? Thanks
