Kontera is the up and coming contender for google's adsense. Kontera has been around for roughly six years and their adlinks program is finally starting to build some muscle.

Yep. If your worried about click fraud. CPC is probably not for you.

CPA or CPM might be more suitable programs or as suggested above, Text-link-ads.com

Although many of the CPC vendors are now increasing Click fraud detection.
