    I am looking for a Consultant / Expert with whom / together can launch a successful online advertising campaign for a successful launch of my website.

    I will only share the site with potential candidate ,via PM.

    Target is
    to launch the site by 20th Dec Max

    I want to get maximum number of registration.
    will pay a small amount upfront to sign up and then upon successful acheiving target
