Hey guys, Does anyone know ad-networks where you can ADVERTISE but only pay per Click? Every ad-network i tried you are paying as an advertiser per impression on your ad. Random 2nd question that came to my mind (not related to my first question just in general): I cant find really something clear about this: Will i get banned from Amazons Affiliate Programm when i am advertising my product not on my website, instead with an ad network in form of a popunder (on other websites)? Thanks!
