Can anyone please point me in the right direction for legal advice on the legalities of including/ excluding taxes & charges in online advertising of airline fares?

Are there different laws in different countries or a universal law/ code?

Ive contacted google on this - but theyve been no help!

    Thanks very much!

Do like most sites do. Say prices do not include fees or taxes.

I see alot of sites that give prices and have fees and taxes not included.

But with adwords -because you are limited with the number of characters you can use - it is important for me to know whther or not to include the text " incl taxes & charges" or " exc; taxes & charges".

    Do you have any idea??
    Thanks

Most travel agency, online and offline, that I see never include taxes and charges in the fares because with today's climax, they are really subjected to changes. If you are worried then just use the word 'From $xx'.
