Is anyone experiencing problems with their ads not displaying on your site even though you have pasted their code? It was working for the past few weeks but yesterday it started not to show the ad
Doesn't anyone else have this problem? i tried contacting them and no reply for a week now! makes me think they becoming a scam now
I assure you AYG is NOT a scam. If you complete a contact form they'll get back to you within 12 hours. The reason I love this ad network is the fact they pay out within 24 hours of a request, unlike other networks
Thank you Eliteworx for notifying us of this issue here. Ruriko - AYG emailed you on November 11th notifying you that your publishing site was not meeting our standards and it was requested you discontinue publishing our banners. We would never take down banners without warning, but when our requests are ignored we have no choice as poorly performing publishers impact our ability to provide results to advertisers. On November 16th, when you did not respond to our request, we disabled banners to your site. On the 17th, we received an email from you to which we replied and explained things to you once again. On the 18th you emailed us once again, again not knowing what was going on. For the third time, we replied via email and explained to you the situation. On the 21st you emailed us AGAIN and we replied AGAIN. Same story. Six hours ago, we received another email from you and we replied Again. Based on your reply 3 hours ago, it seems you finally read one of our responses. AYG Account Managers regularly monitor their email communications and tend to reply within 12 hours at most (typically within the hour). I am sorry if the emails were not evident to you, but they were sent and they were sent to your correct email address.
