    Hi guys,

Do you know is it fine to open the landing page of a CJ advertiser into a frame on your own site?

No, this is not allowed - it's considered a forced page load which sets your affiliate cookie - this is against the TOS.

You cant do this with cj, they have some tracking system to prevent this. You can try to put more banner in your site.

Another question has come to my mind... Is url forwarding also considered as using frames? I think practically this forwarding is done with a frame used in the source code of the domain's homepage.

You would get your account closed for cookie stuffing, even if your intentions are not to cookie stuff all your visitors.
