Advertisers from out of the Country?

    Greetings,
    I realize Yahoo does not count clicks that come from out of the country. If that is so, then why do I have ads like "Buy Japan Domains" or I even had another one that had a KUWAIT ad?????

    I don't understand?

    Well everybody knows that their geographical targetting is not quite as acurate as Google's one ... I think they're just buggy !
