Advertisers behind Zip & Email submits?

We all know neverblue / copeac / millnic etc don't make the zip/email submit ads, a advertiser is submitting them to the network and it spiders out to everyone else through softwares such as directtrack. I need to work with that guy, the advertiser.

I don't want to work with any company that doesn't make the ads themselves, and just aggregates advertisers for publishers. I have a disgusting amount of traffic and can target it to exactly what the offer is.

I need custom offers made for me. If you know of any of the direct sources and how I can contact them please contribute to this thread.

What are the numbers and geo location?

 

While I find an advertiser I have it sitting on a couple thousand uniques a day however with the right connection I can turn build this up to hundreds of thousands a day. Majority are targeted USA visitors

 

I mean lots of them are run by the affiliate networks, not all but alot of them are.

 

Ultimately, is it really just a zip or email required or is there a further action needed to trigger the lead or incentive (if your a user of such sites)... any insider tips appreciated!!

 

the advertiser who runs email zip submits usually only works with networks direct. IF you need custom offers ask the networks you work with, if they have a good relationship with the advertiser they can get custom stuff made up for you.
