    Hi there,

It's kinda strange that I am willing to use affiliate marketing, but stuck in the primary phase due to the nature of stuff I am selling. Let me me clear myself point-to-point. (Please note that due to the competitor rivals, I can't disclose the exact service on an open forum. For details, feel free to PM me.)

    1. The Idea: My company provides a special technical service for computers to the all consumer segment including home users, businesses and corporates. We are a considerable success in providing these services to the local (regional) clients and have been doing well in this business. However, I have plans for extending my business and thus, have discovered a new way to provide these services ONLINE. Yes, the service can now be delivered right over the Internet to any part of the world, without even meeting the client in person.

    2. The Scope: This service is really in great demand, especially when one needs it. It's also really convenient for anyone to get it done through the Internet only whereas normally he would have to take the whole computer with him. Only a very few giant companies are providing these services online and for that, they really charge an arm and a leg. Whereas, I am ready to provide the service on very affordable charges for everyone - worldwide. I have successfully tested this by serving a few clients Internationally and now, I would like to make it a bang.

    3. The Problem: Now choosing traditional affiliates programs (Clickbank, Commission Junction and so) is really difficult due to the nature of service. As Our service gets done in following steps:

Client Contacts us and agrees to get the service --->We perform the service online --->If the work is successful and client is happy, he pays the amount via Paypal/credit card--->If not successful, we charge nothing.

The nature of this service itself is in a way that there is a ratio of 80% of success. We get to deal with 20% unsuccessful jobs as a nature of this business. However, when translating this in affiliate marketing - it really gets confusing. How and when will the affiliate get his commission? When the customer contacts us, when he gets ready to get the service, when we perform the service or when he pays us? Ideally, it should be like when he pays us but I have yet to see any affiliate program which works in this manner.

I can't even charge the customers upfront before the service - due to this 20% un-success ratio. Else, I would have to initiate refunds to 20 cases per 100 transactions - which would not considered very good from a traditional perspective of business and refunds.

    4. What I need: I would be really thankful to any suggestions about an affiliate program, which either handles the payment from it's own side or can track my paypal account for new payments. Upon a successful payment, either the affiliate program pays automatically to the affiliate or give me the liberty to pay him upon receiving a payment. Alternatively, if someone has an idea of doing it for me on a personal level (custom affiliate marketing) that would be fine too. The service ranges from 100$ to 200$ per case and I am ready to pay a hefty percentage in form of commissions.

Most of the affiliate programs are made with keeping products in mind and are not really friendly for selling services. In this condition, what are the options for an enthusiastic like me about selling a revolutionary service?

    Regards,

Sorry, I don't mean to complain in any way, but did I make my post overly long in the excitement of explaining everything? Or does it have something to do with my "Peon" status and this tiny post count so that I am not even considered to get a quick reply from any member here?

Please do let me know if I need to shorten my post or need to explain something further, as I genuinely need some expert advices from respected forum members. (However I also do understand, that it's natural to ignore someone newly joined with a post count of 6 and who has not contributed the forums in an active way - I can't seem to overcome this problem).
