    I am running multiple websites. One of the website get compromised. They told me the virus issue. I have check with sucuri.net and i did not get any virus. Instead of suspend one campaign , they suspend the whole account. Still i am not sure , whats going on?
    No resposne , nothing.

    I have run the internal scan and find there is a trojan in website(email server) but not at user end. But how they know the trojan is there? Some thing is suspicious which i am not getting.

    I have try to contact them but no response via support ticket and skype.

    So if they found it, and you found it, then how does that make them fraudulent exactly?
