    Why Not You try to create your own ads account, its pretty simple..... just go YouTube> search "How To Crate a Facebook Ads Account or How to Promot Post/page on Facebook".
    Thats all.

    1. Cost effective, you don't have to pay others for creating ads campaign.
    2. it will save you time
    3. reduce extra problems that may arise when you will deal with someone else to promote your post/page
