Advertisement on 4 500 000 cached pages in google!

    I would like to offer a text link in the footer on all pages of my site with 8 000 000 pages (over 4 500 000 cached pages in google) with PR5 for the newsletter to your members(subscribers)(only one email to each member) with my advertisement (link on my site will be up within a month)!
    ONLY SHOPPING, COMPUTERS, TECH related sites, forums,blogs and communities!
    (minimum subscriber quantity on site must be 4 000)
