Go to your home page (http://haveads.com/account.php) Then you should see a link on the middle of the page "Upgrade", it should say something upgrade to a publisher/advertiser account. You must fill in your Company Name and Paypal Username.
Did you create an ad (http://haveads.com/account.php?set_adprices&pid=2&tab=1)? Theres different type of ads you can create, once you create these ads people can purchase those ads! Once you create an ad your site should be listed at http://haveads.com/browse.php Then we can add your site to the main page.
