Advertisement-link program

    I'm looking for an ads-link program that does the following:

    1. a small php code to place on a website that link to a url. ex: www.mysite.com/adscode.php
    2. Allow you to have the function to modify the site link on the adscode.php file and the text links or ads will appear.
    3. Have the option to display random links (4 or 5) at the same time, but say if I have 100 links, the file will display random links on different sites, etc... to rotate from 1 link to another.

    Do you know of a program that will do this? I would appreciate it.

    I wouldn't mind whether the program is a paid program or a free one, however, I would like to know your review on this.
