What are the chances that the website will be sold during 2008? It doesn't seem to be getting much traffic, how many uniques does it get per month/week?
New site, so traffic is slowly building up with more promotion. Probably not selling this site since I have time and money put into it. If you are hesitant because of present traffic and not future traffic, then I don't know what to say. After all, your proxy is there for almost 11 full months.
