advertise on videos

    First sorry about my enlgish xD
    I have a site with videos made by me.
    How can I put an advertise at the begining of the videos to earn money¿?
    There ir some company to manage it¿?
    Is CPC or CPM¿?

    I've been looking around for that kind of thing too. Haven't had any luck though.
