Klo, Thanks for your suggestion. Actually I am getting similar suggestion from many people. But it seems I need to spent lot of time for changing the template. Because I manually edited the template many times for including many javascript sample tutorial in the blogposts. Based on my experience just changing the template won't keep these javascript codings. So, instead of spending time in changing the template in blogspot I am planning to move all the content to wordpress blog in my own domain/server. But, I am waiting for getting answers for below questions. 1. Currently I am planning to host the blog at http://qualitypointtech.net/ . But, based on my current experience UP time of this server (shared hosting from bytehost) is poor comparing to the Google blogger. People informed me that they were seeing few seconds of downtime frequently. And, Server response time and load balancing also I need to consider. I don't want to give any performance related issues to our Readers. 2.Since the current blogspot blog is having lot of backlinks, I don't want to lose them. So, I am planning to keep the current blog even after hosting the same content in our server. I tried to redirect the blogspot blog to our server. But it is showing warning message to the reader before doing redirection. Based on my Google search this behaviour can not be changed. I don't want to do this redirection because many readers will afraid to continue after seeing the blogger warning message.These things make me to keep the current blog as it is. But having duplicate content will affect my Search rank. Because of these two reasons I am keeping my plan on hold. So, currently I am having one option only. i-e I have to manually edit current blogger template to improve the look and feel. Please let me know what are the things I can do to improve the blog appearance by manually editing the blogger template. I think this look and feel issue won't affect the advertisement. Because my adsense eCPM is increasing continuously. Anyway, thanks for your suggestions.
