    don't get so exicited. If you are paying through paypal then you have to pay the paypal fee. The two $ extra are added for paypal fee. You can pay 21$ too.....

    If you pay via alertpay the you can pay 20$...but through paypal it will be 21-22$ by adding paypal fee. If you have any more question then reply here or pm me.
