They are worldwide. Publishers are from all over. i'd say that about 40% are US sites, 40% UK and the rest are a mix, though most pubishers target a global audience. Only 1% are foreign-language sites. And your ads only appear when your keywords trigger. Hope i helped. .

There is a minimum deposit of $5. For every day that your ad is active, we discount $0.03 per ad from those $5, regardless of the amount of clickthrus you get. As for writing your ads for you...if you place an initial text with your links in your account, i can then review it and make a few suggestions on what i think will work best.
