Advertise a business online

I have a business "car restoration" that I want to advertise online (they do nationwide work). I know I can do the forum posting thing. But, other than that what else can I do. Some things i've thought of are:
craigslist
b2b listing
ezine articles

What else?

How do you go about finding places to put paid banners? Are there sites that provide a list of sites where you can put your banner, or do you have to search for the sites yourself?

 

This is probably the most obvious answer, but just in case you haven't covered it.....

get a website.

For marketing I'd say 'trade magazines', topiced email groups (car restoration enthusiasts?), and club groups / forums.
