I see two Terms on Adversal site, Unique CPM and Raw CPM. They state they pay UPTO $6 per Unique CPM and $1.20 per Raw CPM. What is the difference between these two terms?

Is it a unique page view or a unique visiter?

What is the average payout you get per CPM (Unique and Raw) as its not EXACTLY but UPTO $6 or $1.20?

How many popups they serve during a visiter session? One on every page load, one per session, one per day, or a defined number or a ratio to number of pages viewed?

    Thanks.

there's the "*Calculated from an average of five page views per unique visitor over a 30 day period." star in the unique part, so their rates are just $1.20 RAW CPM :) This is a little marketing trick ;)
